The genome-wide map of transcriptome visualizes gene expression in all the 24 human chromosomes. It is a tool for exploring the expression levels of 19 123 genes in 60 different healthy tissue types. Map data was obtained from IST Online® gene expression database developed by MediSapiens Ltd, which also contains expression data from various malignant and other diseased tissues.
