Data matters, and we believe that open access enables the most powerful bioinformatics analyses.

 

MediSapiens data and database schema are open for the development of own SQL queries and R functions. This has enabled our customers to have powerful custom data integration projects, with not only their own datasets in gene expression, but with other data such as highthroughput screening data and NextGen sequencing data.

 

Open access includes SQL query interface, download of the analysis results and API for R based tools.
