In Silico Molecular Pathology Report
In Silico Molecular Pathology Report
MediSapiens offers a downloadable In Silico Molecular Pathology ReportTM of any gene of interest containing publication ready images of expression levels across 68 healthy and 106 cancer tissues as compiled from over 20,000 samples. It is an ideal tool to add value to publications, gain clinical validation to new gene discoveries and to learn about the exciting biology of genes. It is faster, cheaper and much more comprehensive than any laboratory based method. The report is fully scientifically valid, and data has already been used in numerous publications to support and validate their findings. To make an inquiry about the gene of your interest, please use the adjacent form or email to contact@medisapiens.com.
As an opening campaign sale, the price for a report is 99€ per gene. Volume discounts are available.
"Like performing in silico RT-PCR of 20,000 samples, with 0.005 cents/sample"
The report includes
Dotplot
The Dotplot is a body-wide expression profile of the gene across the up to the 20 000 in vivo samples. The plot can easily be used to understand the general expression behaviour of the gene as the plot covers virtually all healthy and pathological tissue types and allows identification of even single in vivo samples with interesting expression values. The plot is also optimal for identifying patient subpopulations and for toxicological purposes.Tissue boxplot
The tissue boxplot is a standard box-whisker plot of the gene's expression in healthy and cancer tissues.Cell line plot
The cell line plot is a plot showing the expression of the gene in over 300 cell lines. This is optimal for identifying best model cell lines for particular in vivo observation.Phenoplot
The phenoplot visualizes association of the gene expression values to the clinical covariates of several cancers.Correlation list
The gene report includes Pearson correlation coefficients between the gene of your interest and over 19 000 other genes as calculated over 20 000 samples. This list can easily be used to identify genes with similar expression profiles and therefore potentially participating to the similar cellular phenotype.Expression values
The report includes expression data values of the gene to support custom plotting for your scientific purposes.
